Last night’s Champions League action was thrilling in the extreme and this evening, attention switches to the Europa League.
One of the standout fixtures of Matchday 8 sees in-form Belgian side Union Saint-Gilloise travel to Ibrox to play Rangers.
Both sides are looking to finish as high as possible in the play-off spots, with a place in the Top 8 virtually out of the question.

These two sides are only separated by goal difference, with hosts Rangers sitting 13th and USG in 15th.
Each team is on 11 points and with the gap to Porto in 25th standing at three points ahead of kick-off, neither of them really has to worry about the thought of elimination.
So this will be a contest to see who can finish higher up in the play-offs and earn a theoretically easier tie.
USG are the form side of the two in Europe, having won their last three matches after a run of three defeats in four to start the tournament.
Rangers are two without a win in this competition following the 2-1 loss to Manchester United on Matchday 7.
However, the Scottish side have delivered some impressive performances, famously beating Romanian outfit FCSB 4-0, which came after a disappointing 4-1 loss to Lyon.
Philippe Clement’s men defeated Nice 4-1 away from home, while also claiming an impressive 1-1 draw against Tottenham.
But USG have won their last four matches in all competitions, including last weekend’s 4-0 thrashing of Beerschot in the Jupiler Pro League, so they should provide the toughest of tests.
Rangers will have to take the game to the Belgians and that could pave the way for them to get caught on the counter, with top scorer Franjo Ivanoic a player the home side must try and keep quiet.
