Genk to beat Charleroi @ 2.40

League leaders Genk enter this weekend nine points clear at the summit. However, the runaway train was halted on Matchday 27 as their winning run came to an end with a 0-0 draw against Gent. While 1st place for the regular season is all but secured, Genk will be eager to return to winning ways when they visit Charleroi. It won’t be easy, as Charleroi are just five points off the play-off places and know any slip ups now would all but end their dreams of Pro League glory. However, Genk should have too much firepower, therefore condemning the hosts to mid-table obscurity.

Antwerp to beat Cercle Brugge @ 2.90

Without a win in five Pro League matches, Cercle Brugge are dangerously close to slipping back into the relegation zone. Just one point above Westerlo in 13th, it is not looking great ahead of a meeting with Antwerp, who are close to confirming a spot in the play-offs. Antwerp have only won two of the last five in the top flight but their quality is undeniable – a level of class which should shine bright this weekend against Cercle Brugge.

Standard Liege to beat Anderlecht @ 4.10

We are siding with the underdogs in this heavyweight clash! Hosts Standard are just three points off the play-offs and will be brimming with confidence after beating defending champions Club Brugge 2-1 away from home on Matchday 27. Following their elimination from the Europa League at the hands of Fenerbahce, Anderlecht then went and lost 2-0 to Union Saint-Gilloise – and we fancy their difficult streak to continue in Liege.

Leuven to beat Westerlo @ 2.50

OHL stand no real chance of reaching the play-offs but are still at risk of tumbling into the relegation zone in the final three matchdays of the regular season. They are only three points ahead of this weekend’s opponent Westerlo, who as we previously mentioned sit 13th, so motivation should not be an issue. OHL have suffered only one defeat in the last five, while Westerlo’s recent renaissance ended last weekend courtesy of a 3-1 home loss to Charleroi. As such, OHL can strut their stuff on home soil and help secure safety for another campaign.
