The new EuroLeague basketball season is about to begin – and we cannot wait for the action to get started next Tuesday.
Turkish side Fenerbahçe, winners of the 2024/25 edition of this competition, will put their title back on the line in what promises to be another thrilling campaign.
Just like Monaco and Panathinaikos, the top teams have significantly strengthened their rosters over the summer months, and we should also see more young talents emerge and shine on the various courts across the continent.
And this season, the EuroLeague has expanded from 18 to 20 teams, with Hapoel Tel Aviv, Valencia Basket and BC Dubai joining the competition. As you may know, ALBA Berlin have left to go and play in the FIBA-organised Champions League.
But even with their depature, this will be the biggest EuroLeague season on record!
So, without further ado, here’s an overview of this prestigious basketball competition, along with some betting Belgium predictions to help guide you. You can also boost your winnings on EuroLeague fixtures by up to 50% with our Combo+ offer, which is available on combined bets.

EuroLeague 2025/26: Our Predictions
Winner of the EuroLeague 25/26: Panathinaikos @ 3.50
Despite being eliminated in the semi-finals last season, Panathinaikos remain a serious contender for the crown. Coached by the brilliant Ergin Ataman, the team has strengthened its roster and is aiming to return to the top of the EuroLeague. Their performance in both the regular season and the playoffs will be key to confirming their status as the pre-tournament favourites.
Monaco to reach the Final Four @ 3.00
AS Monaco continues to make progress and impress on the European stage. After losing in the 2024 final against Fenerbahçe, the team, now led by Vassilis Spanoulis, has added value to its roster with experienced players like Nikola Mirotic and Mike James. Their goal is to reach the Final Four once again, and this time, to capture the long-awaited title. While a victory looks a bit of a longshot, we like the look of their odds to reach the semi-finals.
Regular Season MVP: Sasha Vezenkov @ 2.75
Sasha Vezenkov, Olympiacos’ power forward, was named the 2023 EuroLeague Playoffs MVP after delivering outstanding performances virtually every single week, averaging a ridiculous 19.0 points, 6.5 rebounds, and 3.0 assists per game. His offensive impact and consistency make him a top candidate for the 2025/26 Regular Season MVP award.
